    • Your comment and question is greatly appreciated. The  best strategy for weight loss,  that works me and may very well work for other people, is to be “calorie deficit”. Stay away from sugar and carbs. You will lose weight unless there is a medical issue. Always consult your doctor before implementing these weight loss strategies.
